Water2Buy Pro is our easy installation services.
We cover all locations in the Europe and the United Kingdom.
How it works:
Simply add the Installation to your basket, when buying your product, and we’ll contact you to arrange everything.
Our Pro team will be in touch within 1 working day to start arranging your appointment.
We’ll send the product and parts to your home in advance of your installation date.
The installation fee is fixed and covers all parts and fitting.
You can cancel your booking at any time for a full refund, if we cannot complete the install for any reason you will get a full refund.
How long does it take:
The installation usually takes about 1 hour, we ask you to please allow two hours.
Waiting times for installation dates are usually between 5 – 15 working days.
Normal Installation times are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
We can try arrange out-of-hours installations subject to Pro availability.
About the installation:
All Water2buy pros are fully insured, trained, professional plumbers.
The installation includes:
- Turning off your water.
- Installation unit within 1 meter (3feet) of your water pipework.
- Startup and commissioning of the new unit.
- Demonstration of how the unit works.
- Turning back on your water and checking for leaks.
At all times your Water2Buy Pro agent will be available to you if you need any help or information.

Purchased a W2B500 to replace our (inherited) W2B200 (or equivalent older model of unknown vintage) which was causing reduced flow and some deposits causing filter blockages on shower and dishwasher. Attempted resin clean but that did not seem to... help. WB2B500 arrived very promptly although no warning of shipment and Amazon delivery delivered it to a neighbour without leaving any kind of note. Installation was straightforward using 2 X Toolstation part#40831. All up and running and flow rate is good. If we had more people in the household might have gone for 28mm fittingsread more

I purchased a W2B200 direct from Water2buy. It arrived promptly, but the green cover was cracked. W2B sent out a replacement. The softener itself is easy to install with some excellent videos and guides online. Its also highly customisable in the... settings and you use the online calculator (if that's the right description) to tell you the best settings for your water hardness and situation. I'm one month in now using the new softener and I'm very pleased with it. Our dishwasher is also now washing significantly better too and of course it needs no salt now either.read more

I live in Swanley, Kent, quite close to London and have a hard water problem. I bought and installed a warter2buy softener a few months ago and I am very pleased with its performance so far. All my taps and shower heads are now shiny where I had to regularly clean them with viakal.It came with easy nice instructions and all... connecting parts. It even came with water hardness tests for a better setup. Note however that I already have a connection point for that wasn't in use. If you need to cut the pipes and install new fittings you may be better calling a plumber to install it.The post service has also been excellent as they resolve some doubts I had.read more

We are very happy with our water softener we have extremely hard water here on the coast in Lincolnshire and it has brought our level down very low. It was inexpensive to buy and easy to fit and use. We now do not have to use salt in the dishwasher... and all other detergents we are using less than half if what we previously use. I have had the W2B500 water softener installed for a few weeks now and it worked great. I have tested the water and the softener has completely softened our extremely hard water. I recommend to purchase the optional install kit, otherwise it will be... a lot more difficult to fit. You may need a plumber to install depending on your level of ability.read more

It now serves all the bathrooms and the kitchen across a 3 floor house and there is no pressure issue. Regeneration is automatic and happens... during the night. Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more

I was tempted by the bigger 800 version, but this 500 model fits better in our cupboard.The softener was very simple to fit.Immediately our water hardness came down from over 400 to between 0-25 (difficult to be exact on our test strips). The... setting are adjustable, but I'll see how it goes for a few weeks.Our water now has a softer feel and soap lather lasts far longer.read more

I’ve had my water softener system for just over 5 months now and I believe that it’s been a really good purchase. I originally had a quotation from the most prominent company that hires you the machine and uses their own shaped salt block to ensure... that you are locked into a very expensive system after shelling out a hefty setup and install fee.Water2Buy provides all the same results at a fraction of the cost. Living in a new build in London; with a centralised heating system, I was reluctant to do the install myself and so I used one of their approved plumbers. The process was easy and quick with really good communication from Water2Buy throughout and even after. The results are really good; no limescale, softer skin straight out of the shower/bath and I feel more confident about turning the boiler off over the summer without worrying that things will seize. I have recommended getting a water softener to friends and family and now I thought I’d mention it here after a good trial period.read more

Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. Einzigster Kritikpunkt... ist die unübersichtliche Installation mit der App, da ist teilweise Englisch und Deutsch vermischt. I’ve had their water softener for a couple of years now and what a difference it has made to the quality of our water, our water was so hard it didn’t take long for limescale to return after cleaning it off taps and shower heads but since I... installed their water softener we haven’t had to clean the taps and shower head of limescale. I am putting this review after using it for an year as I was bit hesitant with the quality of the softener. I can now recommend the product and a really happy customer with no lime scales. Its much cheaper than market giants and does the same job.... Another advantage is any salts can be used.Cons - I opted for Pro installation (+£230) but the person who came to install asked extra £40 for parts. Also he didn't install the 'Under sink water filter'. I reported this to customer care multiple times but the installer never came to fix and finally ended up doing it myself. Either Water2Buy need to provide professional installers or better to find your own plumber to do the job.read more

The service I have received has been amazing. At first struggled to get the water softener to work but turned out that the salt I was using was too fine. They were happy to replace the unit if the courser salt didn't work and have been so helpful... with getting all the settings correct. The phone is always answered promptly and everyone that I have spoken with has always been very patient.read more

J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. I've had my water2buy softner for six years with no problems. Then I started getting resin coming from the taps. I rang the team and they explained that the resin had expanded over time, and crushed the filter on the upstand pipe inside. This was... because it should have been cleaned with a resin conditioner once a year. Which I didn't know, and had not done. They explained what I needed to do and sent me a new pipe and new resin. I did as instructed, and it is all now working fine again. I was very pleased with the service. Sometimes it was hard to communicate via email. But once it was worked out what was needed, it was all sorted with no quibble. I only wish more companies still gave this sort of service, 6 years after you had bought their product. Our shower is clean, the top shower spray is... clean and the water comes out in straight lines!The dish washer is cleaner. Washing hair is easy and doesn't require after shampoo. we are going to save a lot of money on cleaning products that we now do not need. Every home should have a WTB water softener. Just a quick review of Water2Buy W2B800 water softener.I bought this water softener from Water2Buy directly.I decided to go for the largest one (designed for 10 people) even though we are only 2 people living in my household. That was because I... read on the internet that the larger the water softener, the cheaper it is to run, as it will have to regenerate less frequently than a smaller water softener. Hence it uses less water and less salt over the same period of time comparing to a smaller unit. Well, this is what I know, but I could be wrong. At the same time I don’t have space constraints, so I don’t mind a tall unit.The build quality is very good. The body is made of relatively thick and solid material. The resin tank takes 25 litres (20KG) of resin. The control unit and the plumbing parts seem to be well made. So, I am pleased with it. Well I like the colours too :-)One of the advantages of this unit is it needs 1/2 inch hoses for both drain and overflow lines. So I don’t need to buy new expensive hoses. Any lousy garden hose can do the job. These houses are used for waste water, so they don’t have to be clean or perfect.It was delivered by DPD only a couple of days after I put my order through their website.I intend to install it myself, as it is relatively easy to install I definitely don’t need a plumber to do the work for me. Well, if a plumber can, then I can too. I have already bought isolation valves and a few other plumbing bits and pieces that I will need to use for installation.N.B. The communications with their staff was very easy. They quickly pick up the phone and answer question. They are also very quick to respond to my emails. They answered all of my questions even the challenging ones. It was really pleasure talking to them. Actually one day they even gave me a call to explain the details to one of my difficult technical question. Frankly they really deserve to be thanked for these efforts.So in brief the build quality is really good and the customer support staff are really pleasant to deal with.At the present time, I can’t comment on the operation of the unit, as I still haven’t installed it. But I am optimistic. I will update this review after I use the system for a few months.But from experience, I still can say, definitely recommended without any doubt.read more

Ich bin der Funktion des Geräts bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war überschaubar und die Einstellungen mit der BNT Bedienungsanleitung auch machbar. Die Installation des Montageblock musste ein Installateur machen (Pressmuffen und... Kunststoffleitungen) der Rest war relativ einfach. Der Salzverbrauch war bisher 2 Säcke auf 3 Monate bei einem 4 Personenhaushalt. Alle sind begeistert vom weichem Wasser , vorher 21 dh jetzt 7 dh.Folgende Punkte sind dennoch Verbesserungsbedürftig:- Verpackung ; Packet war beschädigt wie bei vielen Anderen (Grund billige Verpackung) besseres Material und ein Kantenschutz wären gut . Die Diskussion mit dem Packet dienst müsste nicht sein , nach schauen ob die Ware beschädigt ist, ist auf jeden Fall anzuraten (grüne Abdeckhaube defekt ?).- Eine Aussagekräftige Bedienungsanleitung wäre sinnvoll , andere Könnens auch (BNT)- Kunststoffverschraubungen am Steuerventil , da wir am falschem Ende gespart.- DVGW Zertifizierung wäre nicht schlecht , der Installateur sagt er darf die Anlage nicht anschließen.read more

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. I have two RO600 osmotic filtration systems, in different houses, both drawing from a 100m bore hole in Portugal. The water from the bore hole is probably safe, as far as I know, but it is mineral rich and *may* contain other undesirables, such as... the weedkiller glyphosate, which is heavily used here.

I bought a self- install reverse osmosis kit from this company. It was very well priced. The unit itself is very well made also. Installing the filter takes a bit of time but the instructions are clear and you have a few different options to connect... to the water feed. Purchased a W2B500 to replace our (inherited) W2B200 (or equivalent older model of unknown vintage) which was causing reduced flow and some deposits causing filter blockages on shower and dishwasher. Attempted resin clean but that did not seem to... help. WB2B500 arrived very promptly although no warning of shipment and Amazon delivery delivered it to a neighbour without leaving any kind of note. The softener itself is easy to install with some excellent videos and guides online. Its also highly customisable in the... settings and you use the online calculator (if that's the right description) to tell you the best settings for your water hardness and situation. I bought and installed a warter2buy softener a few months ago and I am very pleased with its performance so far. All my taps and shower heads are now shiny where I had to regularly clean them with viakal.It came with easy nice instructions and all... connecting parts. It even came with water hardness tests for a better setup. Note however that I already have a connection point for that wasn't in use. If you need to cut the pipes and install new fittings you may be better calling a plumber to install it.The post service has also been excellent as they resolve some doubts I had.read more

Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more

I’ve had my water softener system for just over 5 months now and I believe that it’s been a really good purchase. I originally had a quotation from the most prominent company that hires you the machine and uses their own shaped salt block to ensure... that you are locked into a very expensive system after shelling out a hefty setup and install fee.Water2Buy provides all the same results at a fraction of the cost. Living in a new build in London; with a centralised heating system, I was reluctant to do the install myself and so I used one of their approved plumbers. The process was easy and quick with really good communication from Water2Buy throughout and even after. The results are really good; no limescale, softer skin straight out of the shower/bath and I feel more confident about turning the boiler off over the summer without worrying that things will seize. I have recommended getting a water softener to friends and family and now I thought I’d mention it here after a good trial period.read more

I am putting this review after using it for an year as I was bit hesitant with the quality of the softener. I can now recommend the product and a really happy customer with no lime scales. Its much cheaper than market giants and does the same job.... Another advantage is any salts can be used.Cons - I opted for Pro installation (+£230) but the person who came to install asked extra £40 for parts. Also he didn't install the 'Under sink water filter'. I reported this to customer care multiple times but the installer never came to fix and finally ended up doing it myself. Either Water2Buy need to provide professional installers or better to find your own plumber to do the job.read more

I've had my water2buy softner for six years with no problems. Then I started getting resin coming from the taps. I rang the team and they explained that the resin had expanded over time, and crushed the filter on the upstand pipe inside. This was... because it should have been cleaned with a resin conditioner once a year. Which I didn't know, and had not done. They explained what I needed to do and sent me a new pipe and new resin. I did as instructed, and it is all now working fine again. I was very pleased with the service. Sometimes it was hard to communicate via email. But once it was worked out what was needed, it was all sorted with no quibble. I only wish more companies still gave this sort of service, 6 years after you had bought their product. Just a quick review of Water2Buy W2B800 water softener.I bought this water softener from Water2Buy directly.I decided to go for the largest one (designed for 10 people) even though we are only 2 people living in my household. That was because I... read on the internet that the larger the water softener, the cheaper it is to run, as it will have to regenerate less frequently than a smaller water softener. Hence it uses less water and less salt over the same period of time comparing to a smaller unit. Well, this is what I know, but I could be wrong. At the same time I don’t have space constraints, so I don’t mind a tall unit.The build quality is very good. The body is made of relatively thick and solid material. The resin tank takes 25 litres (20KG) of resin. The control unit and the plumbing parts seem to be well made. So, I am pleased with it. Well I like the colours too :-)One of the advantages of this unit is it needs 1/2 inch hoses for both drain and overflow lines. So I don’t need to buy new expensive hoses. Any lousy garden hose can do the job. These houses are used for waste water, so they don’t have to be clean or perfect.It was delivered by DPD only a couple of days after I put my order through their website.I intend to install it myself, as it is relatively easy to install I definitely don’t need a plumber to do the work for me. Well, if a plumber can, then I can too. I have already bought isolation valves and a few other plumbing bits and pieces that I will need to use for installation.N.B. The communications with their staff was very easy. They quickly pick up the phone and answer question. They are also very quick to respond to my emails. They answered all of my questions even the challenging ones. It was really pleasure talking to them. Actually one day they even gave me a call to explain the details to one of my difficult technical question. Frankly they really deserve to be thanked for these efforts.So in brief the build quality is really good and the customer support staff are really pleasant to deal with.At the present time, I can’t comment on the operation of the unit, as I still haven’t installed it. But I am optimistic. I will update this review after I use the system for a few months.But from experience, I still can say, definitely recommended without any doubt.read more

Ich bin der Funktion des Geräts bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war überschaubar und die Einstellungen mit der BNT Bedienungsanleitung auch machbar. Die Installation des Montageblock musste ein Installateur machen (Pressmuffen und... Kunststoffleitungen) der Rest war relativ einfach. Der Salzverbrauch war bisher 2 Säcke auf 3 Monate bei einem 4 Personenhaushalt. Alle sind begeistert vom weichem Wasser , vorher 21 dh jetzt 7 dh.Folgende Punkte sind dennoch Verbesserungsbedürftig:- Verpackung ; Packet war beschädigt wie bei vielen Anderen (Grund billige Verpackung) besseres Material und ein Kantenschutz wären gut . Die Diskussion mit dem Packet dienst müsste nicht sein , nach schauen ob die Ware beschädigt ist, ist auf jeden Fall anzuraten (grüne Abdeckhaube defekt ?).- Eine Aussagekräftige Bedienungsanleitung wäre sinnvoll , andere Könnens auch (BNT)- Kunststoffverschraubungen am Steuerventil , da wir am falschem Ende gespart.- DVGW Zertifizierung wäre nicht schlecht , der Installateur sagt er darf die Anlage nicht anschließen.read more

We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. There was a slight delay in salt delivery but customer service team were quick to respond and provide a positive resolution.read more

I have had a water softener and a 5-stage osmosis system for over a year now all from Water 2 Buy. The products are great easy to maintain and I have just replaced the yearly filters on my osmosis system. Very please, I phone them to ask a question... about the water softener before installing was unsure on one thing. They were friendly and helpful. Great company, so nice dealing with them.read more

Ho preso il modello W2B800 da quando l’ho installato ho visto un notevole miglioramento della qualità dell’acqua.

Recently I ordered the Easy1 water filter to improve the taste of my mains drinking water. It doesn't need electricity to drive it. Installation was simple, a friend drilled a hole for the supplied tap, which looks like a really expensive item. It... works and I am happy. Bonus - they added two portable drinking bottles to the pack, they are great and we use them all the time instead of buying bottled water.read more

Ho comprato un impianto a osmosi inversa da 1500litri al giorno,il CRO 400 è arrivato perfettamente imballato , semplicissimo da montare e funziona davvero bene per ogni litro di acqua prodotta(meno di un minuto)ne scarta due circa con 400... microsiemens in ingresso lo abbassa 67 veramente soddisfatto,i ricambi costano relativamente poco,consigiatissimoread more

I have two RO600 osmotic filtration systems, in different houses, both drawing from a 100m bore hole in Portugal. The water from the bore hole is probably safe, as far as I know, but it is mineral rich and *may* contain other undesirables, such as... the weedkiller glyphosate, which is heavily used here.
The systems are brilliant, the water comes out clear and taste free, and is easier to drink than any other water I have tried. With a cheap electronic tester, I found that the RO water had less particulates than mountain spring water (from Facha, Viana do Castelo) and less than distilled water from the supermarket. Consequently I also use it in my solar power battery bank without hesitation.
I needed some spare parts recently, they were sent FOC and with free delivery from Ireland (not UK after Brexit). The customer service has been faultless (thanks Steve).read more
