OK, so we had a few annoying problems with delivery - down to the courier company, not the fault of W2B but it was sorted after a few days.I ordered the installation kit at extra cost as I did not want to make any mistakes with wrong hoses etc.... Installation was, quite frankly, simple and anyone with basic DIY skills could manage it. Just follow the Video or the enclosed instructions.We bought this because the area where we live has very, very hard water and we descale the kettle on an almost weekly basis. I dread to think what the washing machine will be like.The unit's only been installed a few days but already there is a noticeable difference to the water quality. I may have set it to "over soften" the water at the moment but there is no after taste and no taste of salt, which we were concerned about as we have friends who's water does taste slightly salty (they use a different, older softener which is the probably the cause).Will keep monitoring things for a few weeks and will amend this review if anything changes. In the meantime, definitely recommend this.read more

Purchased a W2B500 to replace our (inherited) W2B200 (or equivalent older model of unknown vintage) which was causing reduced flow and some deposits causing filter blockages on shower and dishwasher. Attempted resin clean but that did not seem to... help. WB2B500 arrived very promptly although no warning of shipment and Amazon delivery delivered it to a neighbour without leaving any kind of note. Installation was straightforward using 2 X Toolstation part#40831. All up and running and flow rate is good. If we had more people in the household might have gone for 28mm fittingsread more

The softener itself is easy to install with some excellent videos and guides online. Its also highly customisable in the... settings and you use the online calculator (if that's the right description) to tell you the best settings for your water hardness and situation. I'm one month in now using the new softener and I'm very pleased with it. Our dishwasher is also now washing significantly better too and of course it needs no salt now either.read more

I bought and installed a warter2buy softener a few months ago and I am very pleased with its performance so far. All my taps and shower heads are now shiny where I had to regularly clean them with viakal.It came with easy nice instructions and all... connecting parts. It even came with water hardness tests for a better setup. Note however that I already have a connection point for that wasn't in use. If you need to cut the pipes and install new fittings you may be better calling a plumber to install it.The post service has also been excellent as they resolve some doubts I had.read more

Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more
Brought the newer version of the osmosis system and can say it was simple to install. The new system is the easiest to replace filters I’ve ever worked on.
I was tempted by the bigger 800 version, but this 500 model fits better in our cupboard.The softener was very simple to fit.Immediately our water hardness came down from over 400 to between 0-25 (difficult to be exact on our test strips). The... setting are adjustable, but I'll see how it goes for a few weeks.Our water now has a softer feel and soap lather lasts far longer.read more

I’ve had my water softener system for just over 5 months now and I believe that it’s been a really good purchase. I originally had a quotation from the most prominent company that hires you the machine and uses their own shaped salt block to ensure... that you are locked into a very expensive system after shelling out a hefty setup and install fee.Water2Buy provides all the same results at a fraction of the cost. Living in a new build in London; with a centralised heating system, I was reluctant to do the install myself and so I used one of their approved plumbers. The process was easy and quick with really good communication from Water2Buy throughout and even after. The results are really good; no limescale, softer skin straight out of the shower/bath and I feel more confident about turning the boiler off over the summer without worrying that things will seize. I have recommended getting a water softener to friends and family and now I thought I’d mention it here after a good trial period.read more

I’ve had their water softener for a couple of years now and what a difference it has made to the quality of our water, our water was so hard it didn’t take long for limescale to return after cleaning it off taps and shower heads but since I... installed their water softener we haven’t had to clean the taps and shower head of limescale. I am putting this review after using it for an year as I was bit hesitant with the quality of the softener. I can now recommend the product and a really happy customer with no lime scales. Its much cheaper than market giants and does the same job.... Another advantage is any salts can be used.Cons - I opted for Pro installation (+£230) but the person who came to install asked extra £40 for parts. Also he didn't install the 'Under sink water filter'. I reported this to customer care multiple times but the installer never came to fix and finally ended up doing it myself. Either Water2Buy need to provide professional installers or better to find your own plumber to do the job.read more

The service I have received has been amazing. At first struggled to get the water softener to work but turned out that the salt I was using was too fine. They were happy to replace the unit if the courser salt didn't work and have been so helpful... with getting all the settings correct. J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. I've had my water2buy softner for six years with no problems. Then I started getting resin coming from the taps. I rang the team and they explained that the resin had expanded over time, and crushed the filter on the upstand pipe inside. This was... because it should have been cleaned with a resin conditioner once a year. Which I didn't know, and had not done. They explained what I needed to do and sent me a new pipe and new resin. I did as instructed, and it is all now working fine again. I was very pleased with the service. Sometimes it was hard to communicate via email. But once it was worked out what was needed, it was all sorted with no quibble. I only wish more companies still gave this sort of service, 6 years after you had bought their product. Habe in 2 Häusern eine W2B 200 und W2B 800 Enthärtungsanlage im Einsatz und diese funktionieren bis jetzt hervorragend. Auch der Service ist gut.Aktuell teste ich die Umkehrosmoseanlage CRO-400, läuft bis jetzt gut.

Ich habe die Osmoseanlage 2,3,4,6 gekauft und installiert. Die Anlage ist ist kompakt, und passte in meinen schmalen Unterschrank rein. Nach dem einfachen Anschließen war alles dicht. Gerne wieder.

I ordered the water softener in late Nov 2022 and paid for installation. No one come to install it even I chased several times by email and call. no response on email, called the hotline and said would install by end of Jan 2023, yet no one showed... up.
Ordered the salt but it was not delivered to me and just returned to seller without notifying me.
So disappointed with the purchase. Can the sales contact me to arrange return and refund for the softener and salt???read more
i bought my water softener and a plumber installed i realised it didnt work properly and was struggling to figure it out myself ...called the help line a a great guy (steve) talked me through the process of set up and we were up and running !! great... customer service guys. also ordered salt delivered really quick and good price.read more
Le produit en lui même est efficace mais tout est en anglais pas évident la mise en route et le suivi. Le SAV injoignable, réponse plus que tardive par mail. C’est bien dommage pourtant ils disent avoir une boutique sur Paris….
Really good systems. I have an R.O. under my kitchen sink and a one filter in my campervan. Probably going to install softener this year. Prices are good and installation instructions are excellent.

Awful company - DO NOT BUY. Ordered unit with pro install. 3 months later still calling every week to get their excuses and still no install that i paid for. They lie. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. God knows how bad after... sales service will be!
Update: (12-11-2022) on weds i rang again and this time was finally given an install day of coming saturday. The installer called me to confirm saturday 0830-0900. Come saturday no show from the installer guy and not responding to my messages. Again awful service.read more

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. My online account states the order is still processing, now Steven not responding to email, bot or phone calls. Requested a refund but had no response very disappointing, my first order was so prompt.read more

We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. It is easy to install and to change the cartridges, the filtration system produces much better tasting water... and removes the impurities. I definitely recommend it well worth every penny.read more
The softener arrived very quickly, and once we had bought the connectors and salt it seems to work well and very happy with the performance. If reccomend spend the extract and go for the bigger version W2B800 model. this now work dream.

This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. Recently I ordered the Easy1 water filter to improve the taste of my mains drinking water. It doesn't need electricity to drive it. Installation was simple, a friend drilled a hole for the supplied tap, which looks like a really expensive item. It... works and I am happy. Bonus - they added two portable drinking bottles to the pack, they are great and we use them all the time instead of buying bottled water.read more

I have two RO600 osmotic filtration systems, in different houses, both drawing from a 100m bore hole in Portugal. The water from the bore hole is probably safe, as far as I know, but it is mineral rich and *may* contain other undesirables, such as... the weedkiller glyphosate, which is heavily used here.
The systems are brilliant, the water comes out clear and taste free, and is easier to drink than any other water I have tried. With a cheap electronic tester, I found that the RO water had less particulates than mountain spring water (from Facha, Viana do Castelo) and less than distilled water from the supermarket. Consequently I also use it in my solar power battery bank without hesitation.
I needed some spare parts recently, they were sent FOC and with free delivery from Ireland (not UK after Brexit). The customer service has been faultless (thanks Steve).read more
