Water2Buy Pro Services for your Water Softener

We cover all locations in the United Kingdom.

How it works:

Simply add the Service to your basket, when buying your product, and we’ll contact you to arrange everything.

Our Pro team will be in touch within 1- 4 working days to start arranging your appointment.

The Service fee is fixed and covers all parts and fitting.

You can cancel your booking at any time for a full refund, if we cannot complete the Service for any reason you will get a full refund.

How long does it take:

The service usually takes about 1 hour, we ask you to please allow two hours.

Waiting times for service dates are usually between 5 – 15 working days.

Normal service times are usually between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.

We can try to arrange out-of-hours installations subject to Pro availability.

About the Service:

All Water2buy pros are fully insured, trained, professional plumbers.

The installation includes:

• Turning off your water.
• Installation unit within 1 meter (3feet) of your water pipework.
• Startup and commissioning of the new unit.
• Demonstration of how the unit works.
• Turning back on your water and checking for leaks.

At all times your Water2Buy Pro agent will be available to you if you need any help or information.
