The easy1 Water filter system Model W2BE1B contains: 1 X easy1 filter, 1 X Stainless-steel Tap, and all fittings and tubing for connection.
The sleek stainless-steel tap filter produces great tasting water, a perfect alternative to jug filters and bottled water. The water filter media is made from coconut shell. It produces no waste water and removes chlorine, bad tastes and bad odours.

The easy1 water filter will provide 6000L (1300 Imp. Gal) of clean water for 6-12 months. Original easy1 replacement filters are readily available from Water2buy. Replacing the water filter is easy, and takes about 5 minutes.

We live in a very hard water area (Southern Hampshire) and after a lot of research, decided that the W2B200 was the one that fitted our needs. We purchased the connection kit as well (recommended) I fitted the softener myself with the aid of the... Water2buy app videos. It took me, as a home DIYer, 3 hours in total.The effects were noticable immediately, very little rsidue on the shower head and glass, softer feeling skin and we use less detergent/shower gel. The perfect water softener. I have very little space left in my garage on the sides for your typical water softener. I was a little sceptical at first due to the price, but was amazed at the packaging and the quality of the water softener itself. ... It only took about an hour to setup after I figured out you need to convert US Gallons to metric Tonnes. It has been working perfectly since the install and our water is much softer. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more

I’ve had my water softener system for just over 5 months now and I believe that it’s been a really good purchase. I originally had a quotation from the most prominent company that hires you the machine and uses their own shaped salt block to ensure... that you are locked into a very expensive system after shelling out a hefty setup and install fee.Water2Buy provides all the same results at a fraction of the cost. Living in a new build in London; with a centralised heating system, I was reluctant to do the install myself and so I used one of their approved plumbers. The process was easy and quick with really good communication from Water2Buy throughout and even after. I am putting this review after using it for an year as I was bit hesitant with the quality of the softener. I can now recommend the product and a really happy customer with no lime scales. Its much cheaper than market giants and does the same job.... Another advantage is any salts can be used.Cons - I opted for Pro installation (+£230) but the person who came to install asked extra £40 for parts. Also he didn't install the 'Under sink water filter'. I reported this to customer care multiple times but the installer never came to fix and finally ended up doing it myself. Either Water2Buy need to provide professional installers or better to find your own plumber to do the job.read more

I've had my water2buy softner for six years with no problems. Then I started getting resin coming from the taps. I rang the team and they explained that the resin had expanded over time, and crushed the filter on the upstand pipe inside. This was... because it should have been cleaned with a resin conditioner once a year. Which I didn't know, and had not done. They explained what I needed to do and sent me a new pipe and new resin. I did as instructed, and it is all now working fine again. I was very pleased with the service. Sometimes it was hard to communicate via email. But once it was worked out what was needed, it was all sorted with no quibble. I only wish more companies still gave this sort of service, 6 years after you had bought their product. The resin tank takes 25 litres (20KG) of resin. The control unit and the plumbing parts seem to be well made. So, I am pleased with it. Well I like the colours too :-)One of the advantages of this unit is it needs 1/2 inch hoses for both drain and overflow lines. So I don’t need to buy new expensive hoses. Any lousy garden hose can do the job. These houses are used for waste water, so they don’t have to be clean or perfect.It was delivered by DPD only a couple of days after I put my order through their website.I intend to install it myself, as it is relatively easy to install I definitely don’t need a plumber to do the work for me. Well, if a plumber can, then I can too. I have already bought isolation valves and a few other plumbing bits and pieces that I will need to use for installation.N.B. The communications with their staff was very easy. They quickly pick up the phone and answer question. They are also very quick to respond to my emails. They answered all of my questions even the challenging ones. It was really pleasure talking to them. Actually one day they even gave me a call to explain the details to one of my difficult technical question. Frankly they really deserve to be thanked for these efforts.So in brief the build quality is really good and the customer support staff are really pleasant to deal with.At the present time, I can’t comment on the operation of the unit, as I still haven’t installed it. But I am optimistic. I will update this review after I use the system for a few months.But from experience, I still can say, definitely recommended without any doubt.read more

Purchased this, after reading good reviews, to replace an existing softener which had failed. Very pleased with the speed of delivery and ease of installation. Needed to purchase the separate installation kit as well because the unit doesn’t come... with hoses. Mine is a newer model that doesn’t have an overflow, something I discovered after trying to find out where to connect the overflow hose. Comes configured with default settings which can be changed to suit your water system.read more

Hace 2 años instalé un descalcificador Water2buy 200 en mi piso y el sistema marcha muy bien reduciendo calcáreo del agua dura de Valencia (+/- 250 ppm) lo que es muy importante para mejorar el desempeño de la caldera, lavadora de ropa y la... cualidad del baño (en especial para la hidratación del pelo). Con las tiras de prueba se puede confirmar con precisión el ajuste de la descalcificación del agua. The water softner is perfect and leave no more limescale around the sink or bathroom, the water is silky so that no need to put body lotion aftrer bath or shower. My dishwasher was working on and off as had water flow fault , since I have installed... the water2buy water softner it works perfect, it seems that all the lime scale inside the machine washed out.I recommend to everyone to have a water softner installed at home. I am quite happy with this brand, However had two issues for the installation. The manual looks a bit complicated in some points, it does not explain anything about the service knob so I did know how I should deal with it, i was wondering should set it to a certain point or leave it as it is, the second issue is that this machine does not come with installation kit and took me time to find out that they sell it separately online but it was too late as I got them from different source.Thank you for reading my reviewread more

I have had to call their customer service three times during this period. (twice during installation) and once... when a filter cartridge failed. My calls were handled immediately and I recieved a resolution there and then, with replacement items shipped to me without a quibble and even though I am in another country I had free delivery as well. Two months ago I bought and installed a water softener (type W2B500)So far everything works perfectly and flawlessly.The salt consumption is minimal, as is the rinsing moisture.No errors, nor shortcomings.The company follows everything closely,... and provides feedback and support if necessary.The only thing that I have changed and added is an extra shut-off valve, with drain valve, so that I can more easily monitor and control the water softness. Nach langen Googeln im Net habe ich mich für die Water2Bay Anlage entschieden.Sie läuft bis jetzt seit 3 Wochen ohne Probleme . Anfänglich hat das Wasser irgendwie moderig geschmeckt, aber nach 2 Spülungen die ich von Hand angestoßen habe kann... ich keinen Unterschied mehr feststellen.Über die Haltbarkeit usw. kann ich heute leider noch nichts sagen werde ich aber in nem halben Jahr nachholen. Ich habe die Härte von über 15dH auf 5-7dH eingestellt siehe Bilder. Wenn Ihr überlegt eine Enthärtungsanlage zu kaufen sprecht bitte mit dem Installateur vorher darüber. Bei mir im Haus habe ich alles in Edelstahl somit habe ich keinen Lochfraß wenn der dH Wert sehr niedrig ist. Gruß M.W.read more

Just purchased the W2B800 Water Softener, my diy installation is now complete it's working well. The unit is well put together and given the price comparison with others it represents excellent value.Whilst there are just the two of us in the house... we do occasionally have up to 8 or more, in addition our consumption is around half a cubic metre a day and we therefore chose the larger unit as we are not constrained by the need for it to go under the sink and our old unit (20 years old) could only cope with 1300 litres between regenerations. It will be interesting to see how the W2B800 performs over the long term but for now, at least, things auger well on that front.read more

Ich bin der Funktion des Geräts bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war überschaubar und die Einstellungen mit der BNT Bedienungsanleitung auch machbar. Die Installation des Montageblock musste ein Installateur machen (Pressmuffen und... Kunststoffleitungen) der Rest war relativ einfach. Der Salzverbrauch war bisher 2 Säcke auf 3 Monate bei einem 4 Personenhaushalt. Alle sind begeistert vom weichem Wasser , vorher 21 dh jetzt 7 dh.Folgende Punkte sind dennoch Verbesserungsbedürftig:- Verpackung ; Packet war beschädigt wie bei vielen Anderen (Grund billige Verpackung) besseres Material und ein Kantenschutz wären gut . Die Diskussion mit dem Packet dienst müsste nicht sein , nach schauen ob die Ware beschädigt ist, ist auf jeden Fall anzuraten (grüne Abdeckhaube defekt ?).- Eine Aussagekräftige Bedienungsanleitung wäre sinnvoll , andere Könnens auch (BNT)- Kunststoffverschraubungen am Steuerventil , da wir am falschem Ende gespart.- DVGW Zertifizierung wäre nicht schlecht , der Installateur sagt er darf die Anlage nicht anschließen.read more

Beim Water2buy Anschlußset mit Gewebeschlauch würde ich persönlich abraten und lieber im deutschen Fachhandel die Gewebeschläuche kaufen. Die Anlage selbst kann wirklich durch Nichthandwerker installierrt werden, allerdings Grundkenntnisse vom Sanitär müssen vorhanden sein.read more

I have two RO600 osmotic filtration systems, in different houses, both drawing from a 100m bore hole in Portugal. The water from the bore hole is probably safe, as far as I know, but it is mineral rich and *may* contain other undesirables, such as... the weedkiller glyphosate, which is heavily used here.

The systems are brilliant, the water comes out clear and taste free, and is easier to drink than any other water I have tried. With a cheap electronic tester, I found that the RO water had less particulates than mountain spring water (from Facha, Viana do Castelo) and less than distilled water from the supermarket. Consequently I also use it in my solar power battery bank without hesitation.

I needed some spare parts recently, they were sent FOC and with free delivery from Ireland (not UK after Brexit). The customer service has been faultless (thanks Steve).read more
